This field of practice encompasses advisory and consultative services on complex legal matters, drafting of proposals and policy papers in the field of corporate, commercial, industries, general trade issues, analysis of legal systems, etc.

In addition, our advisory role covers the area of foreign investment, operating business entities by foreign companies in Nepal, study, review and implementation of industrial projects and other cross-border transactions.

We have provided advisory services to various international companies and organizations including the World Bank and also worked on projects sponsored by the Asian Development Bank.
