The firm has been representing a foreign company before the Supreme Court of Nepal for recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award in Nepal under the New York Convention.  This case is the first case in Nepal for the enforcement of a foreign arbitral award in Nepal which is keenly watched by the business and legal community in Nepal and abroad.  The outcome of this case from the Supreme Court will be decisive in shaping cross-broader commercial activities in Nepal and will also have far reaching impact in shaping foreign investment scenario of Nepal in future.
